OUR STORY
Creatives Now is an arts collective for 12-18 year-olds in Bolton, driven by youth leadership and dedicated to co-design. We welcome new members interested in working collaboratively to amplify youth voices in Bolton's cultural scene. With a town centre studio and a variety of online programmes, we offer a dynamic space for intergenerational creative expression and community engagement.
OUR MISSION
We aim to provide a platform for young people to express themselves through art and creativity, empowering them to take an active role in shaping their community's cultural landscape. Through our programmes, we hope to inspire and engage the next generation of artists and creatives in Bolton. We work with school groups, teachers, artists, and local and national creative partners. We invite skills sharing, residencies, studio hire, and partnerships as part of a circular economy to foster a vibrant and sustainable artistic community. Everyone is welcome, and we encourage bright ideas to use our space for creative good.
