INK & IMAGINATION FESTIVAL
Ink and Imagination is a 6-week celebration of visual story-telling filled with weekend workshops, Comicon events, talks, industry events and exhibitions.
Showcasing a diverse range of artists—from emerging talents to established names, both local and international—this festival is designed to inspire and nurture creativity while offering cultural enrichment to the local community. IF is an annual event directed by CN associate artist Ruby Unsworth.
With key themes of creative health, community cohesion, and the expression of diverse histories, Ink & Imagination's November 2024 festival also marks the beginning of a year-long visual storytelling initiative with schools, libraries, and community groups focused on art, literacy, and wellbeing. IF Festival celebrates visual storytelling genres and uses them to inspire reflection and expression in the community.
